The Life Impact Suite of Services

Individual Tailored Programming is located within the Life Impact Suite of Services. This service range is founded upon the Life Impact model which is a strength-based approach to systematically target and grow the individual and collective wellbeing of children and young people through programs, services and interventions that are delivered through adult relationships.  The lead designer of this model is Clinical Psychologist Ivan Raymond.  By having a consistent framework or model underpinning all of Connected Self's services, the opportunity is provided to bring together child and young person, school, family, teacher and community agency around a common approach, and thereby work in a more holistic and integrated manner. The opportunity is also provided to integrate different services (e.g., individual programming, Rock & Water, case management) through a common set of principles, language and practice intent. The Life Impact Suite of Services are designed to be individually tailored to the needs of the child, young person, family, school or youth agency. A partnership is facilitated between Connected Self and the family, school, child/youth or agency at the point of implementing any Life Impact service.

A feature of the Life Impact service range is that we strive to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of program effectiveness. We keep a public accessible library of our evaluations and best-practice program information click here.
