This is a free 24 hour telephone counselling support service for all children and young people.

The Second Story (TSS)
The Second Story (TSS) offers a free confidential health service for young people aged 12 to 25 years. They provide counselling, 24/7 health information, health education, clinical services and group programs.

Headspace
Headspace is a community based health service for young people 12 – 25 and their families. It is a a place where young people can receive help for a range of issues; health, education, work, mental health and drug and alcohol use.

Reachout!
Reach Out is a service that helps young people get through tough times. It provides information and support on a range of issues including depression, alcohol, drugs and being a young person in the 20th Century.

Assessment and Crisis Intervention Service (ACIS)
ACIS provide initial assessment and crisis intervention for individuals and families who are at a point of crisis, or require additional support of advice regarding their mental health needs. They are contactable 24 hours a day on 13 14 65.
