My past work includes experience as Placement Officer for accredited youth work training with the training arm of Mission Australia along with my own art therapy business, “Bluebird Horizons”. I have delivered well-being programs to adolescents and other community groups for the past 15 years both in government and non-government settings.
I have an affinity with young people and enjoy the opportunity to work with them through not only art making but in ways that support their interests and needs. I have worked with a diverse range of people in a number of settings to meet a variety of needs, both as a program facilitator for groups and one on one youth practitioner. I am enthusiastic about Case Management with Connected Self and see this role as crucial in supporting young people to flourish.

Case Manager
Art as catalyst for change
Art making is a safe and creative way to engage with others. My love of art and my passion to provide people with an “art experience” has shown me I can build relationships with an arts focus and use it as a catalyst for change. I have witnessed young people I work with find meaning and expression in this process and see it as my priveledge to be a part of the experience.
